RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Any flaw will be noted in the additional description of each product. Please read all descriptions carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email, I’m happy to chat and send more photos or even video if you’d like.

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, each piece is unique with its own set of variations in size and color. When ordering multiples please know that there are a lot of variables that can make pieces slightly different such as firing, location in the kiln, subtle differences when thrown on the wheel. This however, is the beauty of handmade ceramics.

I am currently a one woman show so at this time I am not accepting exchanges or refunds. All sales are final, unless there is a very obvious flaw that has not been noted by my mistake within a description.

Commissioned orders are final as well. I do my best to meet the expectation of my customers and hope that you will recognize those efforts.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please be sure to double-check your address as Alex Roby Design is not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender" Alex Roby Design is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees.

If for some reason you need your order sent to a different address after you have purchased, please feel free to reach me via email - alex@alexrobydesigns.com - and I can make the update for you!

Alex Roby Designs is not responsible for delayed transit times and damaged products once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit. Once packages are sent out, should they be lost, or arrive damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

Any "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

Once packages leave the studio it's no longer our responsibility.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As soon as payment is received, your order will be packaged and dropped off with USPS within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete including a tracking code!

If you have place an order for a commissioned piece, please allow up to 5 weeks, as these orders take time to create from start to finish and will be added to a queue of projects I am already currently working on. I will do my best to prioritize these orders.

received a damaged piece?

If your items arrive damaged or broken, please email me with a photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging. Each piece is packaged safely by me to ensure the safest trip for these items and have a specific amount of damage insurance incase of any accidents. If you would like to order a replacement, please note that each piece cannot be replicated exactly.
